Over the years VIVA Creative worked with global meeting planner Richard Attias to bring brilliant creative to the stage on his stunning large format LED sets. At the start of the pandemic lockdown, we quickly pivoted two planned in person events towards the virtual space, hosting major live events with global leaders. Here’s a look at those projects and many other highlights over the years.
Future Investments Initiative Virtual Institute
To engage a wider global online audience in live conversation, we created the FII Institute online virtual experience. In real time, global leaders, activists, and experts meet and work to solve some of the world’s most challenging environmental, humanitarian, and economic issues. We delivered on the client desire to recreate a physical space feel by using renders of the actual institute to inform our 3D space design.
The New York Forum
The importance of world leadership meeting and conversing about today’s most pressing challenges and opportunities is even more critical today. For an ongoing series of secure conferences, forums, and meetings, we created a virtual platform for The New York Forum Institute. A virtual venue with archived and ongoing live events, The New York Forum serves the humanitarian and economic cooperation worldwide.

Below is a collection of photos from various RAA events I’ve Art Directed over the last 9 years. Many of them required rounds of revisions from government officials as well as the layered scrutiny of color balance in camera shots for various worldwide news outlets. I had the pleasure to travel to most of these places and although heads of state would drop in or out at 4am and most of these photos remind me of many sleepless nights, I’m so proud of the visual power these images and conferences were able to carry.
